Our artisan pasta and sauces are crafted at our Pasta Lab in Dripping Springs, inspired by Italian tradition. We choose Italian flours for our pasta, Italian Pecorino Romano from Sardinia, and Italian guanciale for our amatriciana. Carefully selected ingredients, skilled hands, and care in every batch.
