Every other Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM (Texas local time). First pickups: November 6, November 20 and December 4, 2026.
Order by Tuesday evening before your pickup Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff are for the following scheduled pickup. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting.
Fresh pasta is our main offering. Frozen pasta: Coming soon — not available to order.

Quality starts with our ingredients
Our pasta and sauces are handmade by an Italian artisan at our Pasta Lab in Dripping Springs, following Italian tradition. We choose Italian flours for our pasta, Italian Pecorino Romano from Sardinia, and Italian guanciale for our amatriciana. Carefully selected ingredients, skilled hands, and care in every batch.
