Every other Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM (Texas local time). First pickups: November 6, November 20 and December 4, 2026.
Order by Tuesday evening before your pickup Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff are for the following scheduled pickup. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting.

Fresh Italian pappardelle, cut to approximately 12 mm and made in Dripping Springs, Texas. The pasta is extruded through a traditional bronze die before cutting, creating a textured surface ideal for hearty sauces such as ragù.
