You  need to create an account before to shop at the Acqua e Farina Online.

No, you can shop for any order amount. Orders over $ 99.99  will be shipped free of charge. For orders below $ 99.99  and  $ 6.99  shipping fee will be applied.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

acquaefarina.com offers shipping throughout the United States. Shipping is not available to the US territories. Acqua e Farina cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We are glad to offer free USPS shipping on all orders of $99.99 or more.

When will my order arrive once it ships?

The transit time for your order is usually between one to seven business days. Click here https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/ for an estimate of how long USPS ground shipping usually takes to your area. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Ground shipping estimates are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to weather, mechanical delays, incorrect delivery information and other issues. Once an order has shipped, Acqua e Farina is not responsible for any carrier delays or interruptions.

I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it?

If you notice an error in the shipping address, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee that the information can be updated, it’s usually possible as long as the order has not been prepared for shipment. We are only responsible for shipping to the address as entered. We cannot modify or redirect orders once they are shipped.

Why can’t I return food products?

To protect our Customers and for reasons of hygiene the right of cancellation is not available only for food products that can’t be resold without giving rise to potential consumer health risks.
